Spoke with them on the phone and told them what my problem was. We agreed on a price and set an appointment. They were right on time. Friendly, efficient, and worked clean. I couldn't be happier with the work, the technician, or the people in the office I spoke with. I had a condenser fan that had failed in a three year-old refrigerator. It came with the part, installed it and waited around to make sure everything was perfect. Put everything back where it belonged and you would never know they were there. Except my home is much quieter. Lol I would recommend them to anybody. I would certainly book them again for any issues I have with my appliances. ~ matthew s

NAZAR provides excellent service and customer care. I got a call back less than 5 minutes after contacting them and they offered Christmas Day emergency service if I wanted it. Pro Dmitry contacted me when he was close by and arrived promptly. He was well prepared with all the tools he needed. He analyzed the situation and quickly realized that the installation of my new dishwasher was not done correctly. He quickly fixed ALL the issues, doubled checked his work, tested the machine and cleaned up after himself. WOW!!! Great professionalism and workmanship. I called about a nonfunctioning ice maker in my fridge and Dmitry came first thing the next morning. He quickly diagnosed that it would need to be replaced. We scheduled that service for 2 days later as it would take a day to get the part. I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up at my door later the same day with the new ice maker, asking if it was ok to install it right away. I of course agreed and he carefully installed it and verified it had filled the tray to make ice. He even asked me to text him the next morning to let him know it had made the ice (which it did). This was THE most impressive appliance repair I've ever experienced. I know it sounds dramatic, but I found Nazar Appliance on Thumbtack on a Saturday night, received a response within a couple of minutes, was assured they had the part and would be there the next afternoon (a Sunday!) between 3-5, actually received a text saying they were running ahead of schedule and had an operational washing machine by 2 pm that afternoon. I’m a remote short-term rental host, so I’m not always able to be at my property when something needs attention. Nazar Appliance was amazing. The response to my inquiry was instantaneous especially seeing as tho I reached out after normal business hours. We agreed on an appointment time for the following day, Rinat showed up exactly on time, he thoroughly inspected my stove and determined it was not the appliance but the outlet. I contacted Nazar because I was concerned that my clothes washer was off balance (it had walked from its point of origin). Anna responded immediately and scheduled a service call quickly. Communications were excellent. Dmitry advised that the machine was well balanced and I should not overload with heavy items like jeans and towels. This was my second time to use this company because they were so excellent the first time!! My dryer was not heating and I suspected it was either a fuse or the heating element and once again Dmitry showed up on time as promised. I can't recommend this company highly enough. I had a flood from a broken washer water line and contacted Nazar and told them what was going on. I called for a repair on a front load washer that had a lock error on the screen. Unbeknownst to me, i had accidently locked the machine which was new to me so i was not familiar with exactly how things worked. Dimitry figured it out immediately, unlocked it and checked for any other errors. He charged me a very fair price for the service call, had arrived as scheduled, even a bit early and was very nice to deal with. When I called for service Anna was fantastic. She booked me at the time I requested. Dimitry the service teck was also fantastic. Text me to me let me know he was on his way and spent enough time to figure out what was wrong with the dryer. They also work on weekends if you need them with no extra charge. Im very pleased with the service provided by Nazar Appliances. This is my 2nd time calling them for repair. My garage freezer stopped working over the weekend. I called them on Sunday and they responded to my call by coming out the very next day. The service man was very efficient and experienced. My KitchenAid dishwasher didn’t drain properly and Rinat from Nazar resolved the issue with replacing the drain line and pump. So glad I don’t have to replace my dishwasher! He was not able to fix my refrigerator after trying numerous ways to fix the problem. My warranty plan wanted to send out a new technician . I refused due to the fact anything could be fixed for a price but the refrigerator was over 13 years old and paying an additional amount which could be up to $800 seemed insane. I was able to schedule next day morning service. I was notified when the technician was on the way. Dmitry arrived on time, diagnosed the problem with our double oven and promptly fixed. Dimitri was on time and very pleasant to work with. I had a refrigerator that The waterline was frozen. He had to take apart the water dispenser and found that the electrical part needed to re-replaced. He was a hard worker and actually was here for almost 2 hours. He was very fair in his pricing.
