From the very first phone call, the communication was excellent. They were flexible with scheduling and kept me informed every step of the way until the technician arrived. Dmitry, the technician, was absolutely outstanding; punctual, polite, and extremely communicative throughout the entire process. He carefully explained every step he took while working on my old, challenging fridge, and even gave me helpful advice for future maintenance. It’s rare to find professionals who are not only skilled but also honest, respectful, and thorough. Dmitry is truly one of those people, and I genuinely appreciate his service. I called this company about a loud knocking sound in my dryer, and was told I could get service the same day in the afternoon. Anna was very friendly and helpful, and scheduled a technician named Dmitry. Dmitry arrived ON TIME, and was extremely professional and courteous, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it in a matter of minutes! He also showed me what to do in the future, should the problem arise again. I would definitely recommend Nazar Repair to any of my neighbors or friends in the Oakland Park area. I contacted Nazar because I was concerned that my clothes washer was off balance (it had walked from its point of origin). Anna responded immediately and scheduled a service call quickly. Communications were excellent. Dmitry advised that the machine was well balanced and I should not overload with heavy items like jeans and towels.
