I called this company about a loud knocking sound in my dryer, and was told I could get service the same day in the afternoon. Anna was very friendly and helpful, and scheduled a technician named Dmitry. Dmitry arrived ON TIME, and was extremely professional and courteous, and was able to quickly diagnose the problem and resolve it in a matter of minutes! He also showed me what to do in the future, should the problem arise again. I would definitely recommend Nazar Repair to any of my neighbors or friends in the Oakland Park area. I contacted Nazar because I was concerned that my clothes washer was off balance (it had walked from its point of origin). Anna responded immediately and scheduled a service call quickly. Communications were excellent. Dmitry advised that the machine was well balanced and I should not overload with heavy items like jeans and towels.
