I called about a nonfunctioning ice maker in my fridge and Dmitry came first thing the next morning. He quickly diagnosed that it would need to be replaced. We scheduled that service for 2 days later as it would take a day to get the part. I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up at my door later the same day with the new ice maker, asking if it was ok to install it right away. I of course agreed and he carefully installed it and verified it had filled the tray to make ice. He even asked me to text him the next morning to let him know it had made the ice (which it did).
