Spoke with them on the phone and told them what my problem was. We agreed on a price and set an appointment. They were right on time. Friendly, efficient, and worked clean. I couldn't be happier with the work, the technician, or the people in the office I spoke with. I had a condenser fan that had failed in a three year-old refrigerator. It came with the part, installed it and waited around to make sure everything was perfect. Put everything back where it belonged and you would never know they were there. NAZAR provides excellent service and customer care. I got a call back less than 5 minutes after contacting them and they offered Christmas Day emergency service if I wanted it. Pro Dmitry contacted me when he was close by and arrived promptly. He was well prepared with all the tools he needed. He analyzed the situation and quickly realized that the installation of my new dishwasher was not done correctly. He quickly fixed ALL the issues, doubled checked his work, tested the machine and cleaned up after himself. WOW!!! Great professionalism and workmanship.
