NAZAR provides excellent service and customer care. I got a call back less than 5 minutes after contacting them and they offered Christmas Day emergency service if I wanted it. Pro Dmitry contacted me when he was close by and arrived promptly. He was well prepared with all the tools he needed. He analyzed the situation and quickly realized that the installation of my new dishwasher was not done correctly. He quickly fixed ALL the issues, doubled checked his work, tested the machine and cleaned up after himself. WOW!!! Great professionalism and workmanship. I called about a nonfunctioning ice maker in my fridge and Dmitry came first thing the next morning. He quickly diagnosed that it would need to be replaced. We scheduled that service for 2 days later as it would take a day to get the part. I was pleasantly surprised when he showed up at my door later the same day with the new ice maker, asking if it was ok to install it right away. I of course agreed and he carefully installed it and verified it had filled the tray to make ice. He even asked me to text him the next morning to let him know it had made the ice (which it did).
